My next update of Czech language file with this :
- new strings:
LANG_CONSTRAIN_NEXT_FOLDER, LANG_USE_SHORTCUTS_INSTEAD_OF_QS
- some corrections and synchronization in terminology
- some spell-check corrections
- reordering strings by english.lang for future compare

PLEASE ALSO COMMIT TO BRANCH OF RELEASE 3.11 !

My DIFF file was made from my file which was compared with last Czech file in daily build
