Tried IRC - no response

Firmware version 1e7f606-12, though issue existed with a previous version. Tested under Win 7 x64 and WinXP 32 bit.

I cannot access my device's memory or micro-SD card via Rockbox. The best I can get is *one* drive letter showing but the volume label does not. I cannot navigate with this drive letter. I have to boot into the Sansa firmware to be able to access my storage space. On removing the device, both drive letters appear very quickly in my status bar.

Connecting via USB throws up an 'undefined error' and I have to hold down the power switch for > 10 sec, then give a short press to reboot.
