FS#1549 - Keeping an eye on the batteries

This patch implements (abuses) the Time Format general
setting and adds the choice “Voltage”. When chosen,
Rockbox will display the current (raw) battery
voltage[1] instead of the time in the status bar.
Useful for watching your batteries charge/discharge, or
do other funny things.

Since I did not want to change the physical settings
structure on disc, the “Voltage” choice is not saved
and needs to be re-applied after a reboot. It can be
written to and read from a config file, though.

The patch applies to the current CVS sources (last
verified: July 27, 2003) although you may get a couple
of line-off warnings.

I use it in my daily builds for Recorder20. Your milage
may vary.

[1] Not a continuous reading, it uses the value
established once every minute by the power management
thread.

Too esoteric for mainline Rockbox.
