Detailspre-defined skip increments
I have a suggestion for radio program listeners. Please consider adding a new mode in the sound settings called Predefined Skip. In there would be an option to turn on pre-defined skip increments When this mode is on, When the track is playing, if the user presses fastforward or rewind, it would display 30 press again it would display 60 press again it would display 90 press again it would display 120 etc <User lets go of button> It would then start counting, if the user does not press anything within 2 seconds, it would skip that many seconds forward or reverse so three clicks is 1 1/2 minutes in Similir to a TIVO This would be so much easier than pressing and holding the ffwd and rewind button down What do you all think? please reply back if you think this is a Useful feature. I like the idea (maybe because I'm a TiVo 30s skip user), but
I'm not sure of the interface. Pressing FF/REW is for skipping
tracks, which I personally wouldn't want to lose. What ever
happened with that customizable interface talk?
