FS#2469 - ID3DB + Follow Playlist + Playback confuses the browser

With `Follow Playlist’ active, the WPS tries to change
the directory
to the file that is currently playing. This does not
work if the ID3 tag database is active, since it seems
to use the `current directory information’ for other
purposes.

A possible patch is attached and was tested in the
simulator.
