FS#2682 - Splash screen working improperly for hebrew.
when a splash screen is shown while using hebrew
language file, Sentences are getting disoriented: I’m
guessing this is due to ‘hebrew/arabic bidi support’ not
implemented correctly on the splash() function.
every word is displayed as it should, From right to left,
but the sentence order isn’t being reversed. also, if there
is more then one line, the first line would show up
second.
example, let’s take the sentence “The nice cat has ate
the bad mouse” (being politically incorrect)
Would be displayed:
__________________ | mouse bad the | | ate has cat nice the | |__________________|
I’m hoping I’m being clear, I’ll just say again, it’s a good
thing every word is displayed from right to left (You do
get “mouse” instead of “esuom”)
but the other parts of the bidi support just don’t influance
splash messagboxes.
