FS#2685 - Ability to set a default "switching-on volume level"

So that it doesn’t stress the user when he
starts/continues playing music in a calmer environment
than when he stopped earlier (like morning travel to
work and evening travel back from work).

add volume: -25 (or whatever) to /.rockbox/fixed.cfg and it will set volume to -25 every boot.

done! (finally :p)

option is in menu > general settings > system > “startup volume” setting this to 0 will disable this feature (not the best setting, but it works)
