If at all practical, it'd be great to have the option
of chosing an alternative buffering mechanism, inspired
by, I think Ipodlinux.
Instead of, as happens now, buffering entire songs, the
alternative buffering strategy buffers the first x
seconds of each song, and only buffers the current song
This is of course not desireable if listening
continously, but if you're shuffling a large number of
songs, you tend to skip songs a lot after hearing only
a little of them, and having a small part of more songs
is probably a better idea.
