FS#4779 - AC power event interrupts dircache thread
When starting up Rockbox on H1xx under battery power, if you plug in the AC adapter while the dircache thread is running in the background (starting roughly from the time when the Rockbox splash screen is shown), the dircache thread will immediately stop. The file browser will then behave as if dircache is disabled. This persists until the player is restarted.

i just tested this and its the same on the h300
I just found out that this also happens if the AC plug is *removed* while the dircache thread is running.
Fixed.
