DetailsHi
i think the metronome is great, and thought why not add some more functions, like using it as a guitar tuner? (using the built in mic in the h1xx) how about an option for the metronome so the beat sounds a bit different on every 4th beat? cheers |

In the metronome I'd add the following options (so it can be used as commercial metronomes):
- beat (7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0, triplets, ...)
- high-pitched sound on every beat
- Note playing (may be used for tuning): A,Bb,B,C,Db,D...
- Note octave
- Note calibration (default 440Hz)
- Optional visual effect on every beat (flash screen by changing background color or something like this so the tempo can be followed without listening)
- Simulated bouncing bar (like a real old metronome)
and this too:
- bypass/mute background music (useful for finding song tempos and tonalities)
But of much higher importance (and hopefully not such a great task!) is
- Optional visual effect on every beat (flash screen by changing background color or something like this so the tempo can be followed without listening)
(or just a flashing symbol) - this addendum would be great help for musicians.
