FS#5178 - Audible scrollwheel feedback

Hello,
I am not sure if this is already a request but here it goes anyway.
If there is a way to implement an audible click for the scrollwheel as in the iPod firmware, this would be of great help for blind users. The task of finding the prefered target and actually selecting it can be teadious at most, even with the voice files working correctly.

Thanks for all of the work making Rockbox accessible to the blind.
