MKA is the audio-only version of the popular container Matroska (matroska.org)
It can do most audio codec (MP3, (He-)AAC, Vorbis, FLAC, Wavpack). It has tag, chapters and gain support.

There is a C parser used in TCPMP and Haali's splitter available at http://haali.cs.msu.ru/mkv/

I would like this Feature too.
Matroska is a great Container.
And having a single Container for all my Files would be very nice.
