There are a few problems that I don't know how to solve, but the instructions are at least reasonably usable.

I've marked most of the issues with \\fixme{}s.

I'm attaching the entire file, since I didn't reuse any of the original.

Note that I don't own an Ipod, so I have never tried the installation. I just wrote it based on the following three pages:

Maybe verbatim is not even the right way to format the commands? With verbatim you get the problem of lines extending off the page as well as problems with \\opt. Maybe a new \\commands{} or similar would be of use?

Of course, I barely know LaTeX and am sortof making it up as I go along, so I may be talking rubbish.

This patch fixes a small error (the "merge" step of Windows section had been moved into the 5G-only section above it) and adds target-specific instructions (removes the "Substitute GEN with your \\daps{} generation" fixme).
