DetailsiPodLinux has currently implemented 1394toEthernet capability. Theoretically opening the way to internet browsing from the MP3 player. If it is possible, a good feature to see in the future would be USB2Ethernet or 13942Ethernet drivers for RockBox. I know that Opera and Firefox both have ARM versions, so a port to RockBox shouldn't be too hard. Eventually, support for USB or Firewire WiFi adapters would be remarkable. Allowing full internet capability in any area. All OS versions would benefit from this.

Porting Opera or Firefox to Rockbox would certainly be harder than pretty much anything that\'s been done on Rockbox so far.
Yes, it\'d be fantastic to include networking capabilities, but this request is just taking it way too far. One step at a time, please.
