FS#5986 - Rockbox on iPod3G occasional freeze on startup

On iPod3g, RockBox (ver CVS060911) occasionally (1 out of 2 or 3 boots) freezes at the RockBox splash screen following bootload, requiring reboot (after reboot, things appear to be working normally).

This condition appears to depend on what was playing at the time of shutdown. If its
an mp3, and a pause was pressed, and timeout results in shutdown, the splash screen never
leaves on the subsequent power up, and the unit is frozen.

Is this still applicable after the recent changes to the 3g code?
