FS#610 - Minor set-up issues

Great development - easily surpasses the original
firmware. Minor issues/bugs:

i) Its not possible to create a “/.rockbox” directory
directly under Windows - refuses to create a directory
starting with a “.” (Works if created by WinZip).

ii) Default Eq for rockbox .mod file is always +7dB for
both Treble & Bass - more intuitive to set for Flat Eq
as default?

iii) a sinle line of “%pb” in a wps file doesn’t display
the progress box at all.

Regarding issue #2:

We have chosen to have the default at 7/7 because most
people use crappy earphones and want it that way.
