Did you try to reset settings on boot?
(consult manual for how to do that, I don’t have your target)
I have seen a report at taperssection.com about this too (unless Jason is the one who reported it there).
I’m quite sure the report was about an iriver h120. It does talk about ‘during recording’ but those guys over there only use it for recording ;)
So I’m changing system to all. Barry changed powermanagement code on nov 11 so I fear he broke it….
Under what conditions does the battery not update? Is it just while recording or in every screen? Does it happen while charging or while not charging?
Well when I turn it on, the battery level will show but will not update when not charging (I haven’t tried this while charging b/c my charging pin is broken.)
I confirm, the level of a charge does not vary during playing, and is updated only after reboot my IPod nano
