Details

When bootloader installation functionality was committed to rbutil the version was not bumped. Due to rbutil being a desktop utility keeping accurate versioning is worthwhile, especially since pre-built binaries are being distributed.

Patch bumps version to 0.3.0 (from 0.2.1.1).

(note: it would be useful to have an rbutil/installation category in flyspray for the future)
