FS#6797 - New dutch language

DetailsI've updated the dutch language file
it was a bit outdated (i've added main menu translation) and the file was poor (d's and t's exchanged) so here is a new one there is so many changed that I think its better to replace the whole .lang file in stead of applaying the patch Jacco
