FS#6802 - Remove configure options for non-SDL simulators

This patch does three things:

1. Eliminate the prompt for the simulator build type. You get SDL only now.
2. Remove the code for building simulators other than the SDL version.
3. Remove the the 2m/8m build code as well. This requires you to pick the memory size in the advanced build menu.
