FS#7368 - Most Recent Builds Have Poor Quality Sound In GameBoy Games on 64MB Ipod Video model.

Ipod Video 60GB/64MB sudden poor sound quality in recent builds while playing gameboy color games. In builds from before the new icon sets the sound was ok at max 5 framerate skip. The tested game is Zelda Dx Links Awakening. Right now I’m running build r13696-070624 which doesn’t have the poor “lagged” sound quality. I don’t know what is so different between the older build mentioned and the newer ones but like i said the newer ones are no good for gameboy games.

rockboy had the sound system updated recently, repost if still a problem

There was a change in rockboy sound handling recently which should have made sound quality better, not worse

Well like I said builds starting approximately a week after the build I am using I noticed the difference in sound. With max frame skip set to 5 in the build I use sound sounds fine. But no matter what I change it to with newer builds it sounds choppy, and not very good at all. Maybe fixing it on one system broke it for another?
