FS#7919 - Playback of flv converted videos
mpegplayer for rockbox plays videos converted from flash (flv) at around twice the normal rate. Rockbox was run on a Sansa e200, but others with iPods have the same problem. Problem persists with different converters (ffmpeg being the main on used), and attempted to convert to other formats before mpg.

I have no problem with converted FLVs.
What is the audio bitrate, format, sample rate, and video resolution, framerate and bitrate, and for what player are you converting?
I am converting for a sansa e200, ffmpeg claimed 200 some for the bitrate, but looking at it from xine’s properties it says its 0. I’ve uploaded a video that is not working, http://files.openomy.com/public/nascent/RanmaBaka.mpeg
I just experienced mplayer/mencoder being unable to accurately determine the framerate of an .flv file. Try forcing the input-framerate to whatever the video is (mine was “25.4419262591209” according to flvtool2) - that did the trick for me.
Would it make sense to add this information to the wiki and close this task, as it apppears to be a problem with the encoders and not with Rockbox?
