FS#8600 - very large noise when resume playback

Details

I get very large noise one my iriver H120 by following step(version 080212):
1. play some 32kbps 11025Hz mp3 file.
2. push stop button.
3. push play button to resume.
4. Hear very large noise.
Version 080113 has no problem.
I didn't try other file format, bitrate, sampling rate.
The noise sounds like decode error.

I think point 1 of  FS#8498  reports exactly the same problem. Somehow jdgordon's first patch (896033.txt) from  FS#8498  fixes this problem.
