Details

When enabling/disabling crossfade while music is playing (and I presume any other option that would trigger the "Restarting Playback..." message), the message does not clear itself, requiring a keypress to continue.

Additional comments about closing:  removed the splash so no problem anymore

I'd be more inclined to remove the splash than try to figure out the best way to redraw the screen after some time... its pretty obvious the playback has been restarted
