Details

Add missing buton definitions to Gigabeat S text viewer.

Left/Right is scroll left/right
Play + Left/Right is page left/right
Up/Down is scroll up/down
Prev/Next is page up/down
Volume up/down are left free.

Also add a couple of comments.
