FS#9202 - iriver H300 bootloader power/usb fixes
This patch changes the iriver H300 series bootloader's power and usb handling. When a USB or Power plug are inserted into the H300, it will now boot as normal, not stop in the bootloader usb/charging modes. This was mainly for use in my car, but is also helpful for people with charging cradles for their computers.

This v2 of the patch now conforms to the rockbox standard (I hope).
When you plug a power cord or a USB cable into your H3x0 player, it will boot normally (even if hold is on). To get the old functionality of the bootloader ("Charging Bootloader" and "USB Bootloader") you need to hold the mode (A-B) button when plugging in the power or USB cord.
Great work, I did something similar myself the other day (I hadn't found this).
I wanted to use the NVRAM setting for the Car Adaptor Mode in my logic but it appears the bootloader cant use any of those functions.
