Details

It seems I cannot change the RBUtil interface language to nl, tr or fi, it still shows english when selecting one of these languages. The other languages seem to work.

To reproduce:
* start RBUtil, click Change button, select Nederlands (nl) in the language tab
* restart RBUtil
-> interface language is still english
