When deleting a file using ON-PLAY button combination,
the screen is not always refreshed properly, causing
duplicate entries on screen, even though the file is
deleted from the disk. For example, if you delete the last
file, then the next-to-last file is displayed twice and te
cursor navigation goes screwy.

Fix - in apps/tree.c, set reload_dir true, and do more
work during the refresh phase. See attached patch.

Original patch reset cursor position to the top, which wasn't good in
large directories :-(

Attached a new patch which resolves this problem. :-)
