FS#9479 - Unexpected behaviour when scrolling through read-only lists
Read-only lists which don't fit on the screen completely behave unexpected when scrolling through them.
How to reproduce:
Enter one of the longer read-only lists (e.g. "Debug→View OS stacks" or "Debug→View disk info"). Scroll down 1 or 2 steps. Now press "Up" once → you'll end up at the bottom of the list. The same thing happens in the opposite direction: with the cursor at the bottom, go up 1 or 2 steps. Now press "Down" once → you'll end up at the top.
