Before I started on fixing up the script to handle different potential
rockbox /'s I noticed it was a little rusty. This patch cleans up the
buildzip.pl script (Use GetOpts, user strict, basic sanity).

So what's the next step in the process. Do I need to request developer access or does someone else pick up the patch and merge it as and when?

the next step bassically involves coming in IRC and finding a dev who has the time and inclination to commit it
