look at the bottom right corner of

x-axis is time in seconds, y-axis is battery-level in percent.

you'll see that the level "hangs" at 9 percent.

the diagramm represents the first bench of the attached file, the other benches confirm this behaviour.

Reason for closing:  Invalid
Additional comments about closing:  The percentage is converted straight from the voltage reported by the hardware. If it stays at 9% for a while, it's because that's what actually happens
