FS#9908 - Add missing keys to main menu and bookmarking

The key table was missing for many players from the “Navigating the main menu” section - add them, and switch to using \Action… instead of individual \opt{}s to make it easier in the future.

Add key table to bookmarking screens so that e.g. the delete shortcut is now documented.
