---++++ Repair / Recovery mode
Important: contents stored in the player will be erased after the player recovery. Do data backup before performing this function.
   1. Press and hold VOL+ volume button and then connect your player to your PC until the Philips Device Manager acknowledges your player and enters the recovery mode.
   1. Release the VOL+ volume button and then click on Repair to start the recovery process.
   1. Follow the information on the PC screen to disconnect your player when recovery is complete.

Production test mode is useful for checking if all components of the player (eg. display, RAM, etc.) are working.
   1. Shut down the player.
   1. Power the device on while holding VOL+ and VOL- volume buttons at the same time.
