Do data backup before performing this function. 1. Press and hold VOL+ volume button and then connect your player to your PC until the Philips Device Manager acknowledges your player and enters the recovery mode. 1. Release the VOL+ volume button and then click on Repair to start the recovery process. 1. Follow the information on the PC screen to disconnect your player when recovery is complete.
