---++ Procedure for installation from source
   * Download and install scratchbox for maemo 5: http://maemovmware.garage.maemo.org/2nd_edition/
   * Copy/mount rockbox source code inside scratchbox
   * Run "dpkg-buildpackage -rfakeroot -sa" in the top level source directory,
      this will create a "builddir" build directory
   * .deb binary packages will be written one directory level
      above the top level source directory.
