Inspired by the <nop>AvOS project I did the most pointless plugin ever - a [[PluginMandelbrot][mandelbrot browser]]. While utilizing the greyscale framework it produces nice pics at a reasonable speed. 


Another simple plugin by me is the [[PluginMetronome][metronome]] that will show you the right rythm...
