Menu Rework

Overview

Due to the subjective nature of menu layouts and soforth, input is needed from people as to what they want the menu to look like. Leave comments at the end of the page, or in the forum post (http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=5854.0)

Please keep in mind that this is a work in progress - initially this is going to be very rough.

A comprehensive rework already done - a lot of good ideas in there, but it isn't perfect (IMO)
