Miscellaneous

• Progressive scan is not supported, but RockBox complains about such pictures (Unsupported -4).
• It seems that images with embedded restart markers are now been supported (at least if they are saved with Gimp).
• Sometimes I got some scrambled pictures without an error message, recoding at computer helps.
