Starfield simulationIntroductionStarfield is a screensaver-like demo that resembles the (in?)famous Flying Through Space screensaver on Windows PCs. It simply shows a number of stars flying past the user's perspective on the screen.SettingsWhile the plugin is running, the user can adjust the speed of the movement of the stars, increase or decrease the number of stars seen at once, or even make multicolored stars. Of course, the controls for doing so varies by device, but (as an example) on the Sansa c200s, [left] and [right] adjust the number of stars (in increments of 50), [up] and [down] adjust the speed, [select] changes the colors, and [menu] quits. If you have music playing when the plugin is launched, the plugin will adjust the speed of the stars automatically according to the volume of the music. The louder the music, the faster the stars move. It makes an interesting visualization. If you change the speed manually, then the plugin will cancel the automatic adjustments until you next start the plugin.
