SansaC200v2
---+!! SanDisk Sansa C200 v2 %TOC% --- ---++ Current Status Rockbox runs somewhat on the c200v2 series. For more information, please check out the SansaAMS page. --- ---++ How to Identify a c200 v2 The v1 hardware uses firmware named 01.xx.xx, while the v2 hardware uses firmware beginning with 03. This version number can be retrieved under Settings->System Info. All other indicators, such as markings on the casing or packaging, are unreliable due to SanDisk's practice of reusing these things without consideration for the hardware inside. --- ---++ Sansa v2 Firmware File http://mp3support.sandisk.com/firmware/c200/c200v203.02.05a.zip The SansaAMSFirmware page explains the firmware file details needed for porting of Rockbox to Sansa v2 models. --- ---++ Forum Thread Relevant forum threads: * [[http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=13781.0][SanDisk Sansa c200 v2]] * [[http://forums.rockbox.org/index.php?topic=14064.0][SanDisk Sansa e200 v2, c200 v2, m200 (v2), clip and Fuze]] --- ---++ Hardware They are equipped with AMS 3525 SoCs.
