http://reesy.gp32x.de/ DrPocketSnes for GP2x - based on PocketSNES and SquidgeSNES. PocketSNES is based on Snes9x, which is licensed under a "no commercial use" license and hence can't be used with Rockbox.

Sega

Mega Drive/Genesis

http://reesy.gp32x.de/ DrMD - no specific license information, but contains an m68k emulator licensed under a "no commercial use" license and hence can't be used with Rockbox.
http://ipodlinux.org/IGens DGen - released under a BSD-style license so is portable to Rockbox. Ported to ipodlinux as iGens
