Creative Zen X-Fi

Overview

Hardware

The Creative Zen X-Fi features 14 buttons: 8 directional arrows, ok, back, options, shortcut, play, reset and power. It also has a hold button. It also features a speaker and a SD port (not a micro-sd one !). The following chips can be found on the PCB:

• STMP3760 (see SigmaTelSTMP3xxx), see the SansaFuzePlus page for more information (it's not exactly the same SoC, it's an older version of the STMP3780 aka i.MX 233)
• one or more Hynix flash chips (see Hynix part decoder)
• one Micron Technology Mobile LPDDR MT46H32M16LFCK?-75 IT (8Mbits x 16 x 4 banks = 64Mbytes) (see Micron BGA part decoder and Part numbering guides)
• one TEA5761UK? tuner chip (search for "tea5761uk datasheet" in google to find a datasheet)
• WiFi? marked: 0013E0 CB226C? 3VFFC3 LBWA-LC - Murata WLAN Module Value Line Item - IEEE802.11b/g containing a Marvell Technology W8686B12?: http://www.arm9board.net/download/FL6410/datasheet/mavell_88w8686.pdf
• one Phison PS8005-A SD controller
