Iriverify plugin

A plugin to convert .m3u playlists created by Rockbox to .m3u playlists readable by the original iRiver firmware. That way, This allows you can now, right away have portable playlist creation support, support right on your iRiver, without the use of a computer.

Usage

Select a file in the file browser, and select "Open with" in the ON+Play menu. Select "iriverify" to filter your file.

You'll now have a file playable in the original firmware: when you're in STOP mode over on there, hit the iRiver firmware, press the A/B key (yeah, I know they have weird key names for bizarre functions!) and select your .m3u file there. file. Tested and working with a ~3900-file long playlist - no success guarantees, however!

Known bugs

Currently, it has been tested with tiny .m3u, I can't guarantee it would work with very large playlists. Testers ?
