Rockbox 3.5.1 fixes a bug that causes playback to pause for about a second every now and then during rebuffer. while rebuffering. See FS#10919 - playback pause on rebuffer for details.
If you do not encounter this bug, then there is no reason to upgrade from 3.5, 3.5; there are no other changes
