Difference: RockBox (r3 vs. r2)

Rockbox is an Open Source replacement firmware for the Archos digital music Jukebox 5000, 6000, Studio, Recorder, FM Recorder and Recorder V2 MP3 players. There is work in progress for numerous other players/brands/models.

Rockbox is a complete rewrite and uses no fragments of any original firmware not provided by us. Rockbox boasts numerous features while remaining easy to use.
