16:18:12prof_wolfffGreyGhost: for bootloader+designware you can use the one available here https://files.freemyipod.org/~user890104/bootloader-ipodclassic.html, if you are using RockboxUtility to install it then replace the old bootloader-ipod6g.ipod file and reinstall the bootloader again, you can also use mk6gboot to reinstall it, it is not needed to uninstall and then install, just reinstall it over the current one
16:19:06prof_wolffffor rockbox+designware i am thinking on commiting the new driver at least for Classic in the next days, so it should be available on the daily builds soon

22:25:37__builtindisk is cheap

22:26:30__builtinwhich is tiny on a 160GB hard drive

23:52:50[Saint]skrzyp: it is worth noting that if the idea of a wikipedia plugin appeals to you in any fashion that it isn't actually in the Rockbox mainline source, and almost certainly never will be.
23:53:41[Saint]Unfortunately the original author of the plugin made it fundamentally incompatible with our project by way of not having a very clear chain of attribution required for our licensing.
23:53:52skrzypI why I should use my music player
23:53:57skrzypI'm not sure why*
23:54:02skrzypfor browsing wikipedia
23:54:04skrzypdamn ssh
23:55:06[Saint]Honestly, neither am I. This plugin never made any sense to me. It was built at a time where it was becoming increasingly more common for people to be carrying Internet-enabled, powerful devices in their pockets almost full time.
23:55:40[Saint]And the fact that we don't have a network stack and any physical copy of wikipedia will be outdated literally as soon as it is downloaded makes it pretty highly unappealing.
23:55:44[Saint]To me, at least.
23:56:04[Saint]FWIW I don't see the point in ANY (most) of our plugins, really.
23:56:25skrzypI stopped carrying such an overpowered device long time ago
23:56:27[Saint]They made sense ~10 years ago, somewhat, but not in this day and age.
23:56:38skrzypNow I'm looking towards replacing my Nokia E72 with Siemens ME45
23:56:59skrzypand this is why I'm looking for Rockbox player, because E72 was also used for audio playback
23:57:33[Saint]well, in realistic terms both of those are overkill in terms of processing for this requirement.
23:57:52[Saint]kinda my point I guess.
23:58:20skrzypE72 and ClipZip?
