00:21:45ulmutulHmmm... configuration files set HAVE_TRANSFLECTIVE_LCD for iPod Color, iPod Video, iPod 6G, Nano 1G and Nano 2G. A short googling only reveal the iPod 5G as transflective.
00:22:10ulmutulAny iPod user here that can confirm wich models really have a transflective LCD?

19:22:55ulmutulI just compared the LCD with my YH820, and the YH is much brighter when backlight is off and you hold it under a lamp. You can see text on the iPod, but it's very difficult to read (and to make it worse the screen is badly scratched).
19:25:30__builtinYeah it's hardly transflective
19:25:44__builtinNo backlight is unusable
19:30:27ulmutulI wonder if I should disable "HAVE_TRANSFLECTIVE_LCD" for this target; the patch (which caused the flashing) was meant to make targets usable with backlight completely disabled.
19:32:51ulmutulAnd if this is not a valid usecase for the iPod 6g, the patch is more or less pointless.
