Can you double-check those pins? I found some code at 0xE050 that mucks about
a great deal with PB2 and PB3 but nothing with PA8. And at the end of this
subroutine, it raises PB0 and then PB1. So I think PB0 is D/C and PB1 CS1.

The code matches the serial interface timing charts in the SSD1815 datasheet
too, so you're probably right.

According to the ISD200 datasheet, there's not much fun you can do with the
I2C bus anyway. The ISD just uses it to read optional configuration data from
an eeprom.
