I modified the main.c file coming from Björn's tarball to
display the lcd character codes by chunk of 16 characters (8
characters per line) :
"30-01234567" the 8 characters after '-' have codes ranging
from 0x30 to 0x37.
"30-01234567" the next 8 characters have codes ranging from
0x38 to 0x3F.
That way, i can draw the characters table for firmware
version above 4.49 : codes.bmp.
