NOTE: I'm using JBP term (JukeBox MP3 Player) for AJB6K and
AJBS20 and JBR term (JukeBox MP3 Recorder) for AJBR and new
AJBR20.

To Daniel :

In fact, it seems JBP uses a character-based lcd controller
which are different before and after "4.50". Address
register where to output characters to display on LCD are
totally different. Other addresses like icons are also
different (i'm trying to determine them for each icon).

But a question still needs to be raised : our JBP displays
three special characters when browsing harddisk : one symbol
for directories, one for mp3 files and one for playlist
files. But we cannot find them in the charsets. So is there
any possibility we can determine some character patterns ?
if we can modify all the charset, I don't see why they don't
use an european ASCII charset partially compatible with PC
ascii codes. Besides, the older charset is more suitable for
us, european or emerican men than the most recent charset.
Anyway, why those three symbols are not in the charset ???

/alan
