I stumbled over a website that is selling:

  Jack plug 3.5mm, 4 pole, straight version, suitable for YEASU VX1R and other
  (Art. 00415 2.90 EUR 3.13 USD) http://www.makinterface.de/index_e.php3

I think this is quite expensive, but I did not find any other vendor yet.

Does somebody know where to get this plug cheaper ?
